One-to-one coaching for life with a long-term condition. We take the plan your care team gave you and make it fit your actual life: your schedule, your energy, your kitchen, your bad days. Sessions every other week, with light check-ins between if you want them.
Best for: autoimmune conditions, diabetes and prediabetes, digestive conditions, fatigue, long recovery, or any diagnosis that came with a to-do list and no support.
For sleep, food, movement, and stress. We find the smallest change that actually moves the thing you care about, build it into your week, and adjust until it holds without willpower. This is behavior change work, not a meal plan or a bootcamp.
Best for: people who know what they should do and are tired of not doing it, with or without a diagnosis.
Practical help with the second job of being a patient. Preparing questions before an appointment, organizing records and results, making sense of what a specialist said, planning next steps. I don't give medical advice. I help you get more out of the people who do.
Best for: before a big appointment, after a new diagnosis, or when the paperwork is winning.
Thirty minutes by video or phone. We talk about where you are and what you want. If coaching isn't the right tool, I'll tell you that too.
By video anywhere, or in person around Denver. Some clients prefer a walking session, some prefer a quiet coffee shop, some prefer their couch. All fine.
Health coaching is not typically covered by insurance. Some HSA and FSA plans reimburse it. I'll provide receipts you can submit.
Health doesn't keep a calendar, so your schedule here stays flexible. Reschedule when you need to, switch to video on low-energy days, and never apologize for a flare. A session should never be one more pressure.
